TLM Method Update Project

The TLM Method Update Project was initiated to update the TLM methodology, to document the current state (As-Is) of processes and tools that have been developed while executing the method and to elicit requirements for the future state (To-Be).

  • Facilitated one-on-one interviews and group meetings to elicit functional and non-functional requirements from TLM method practitioners that included Lead Business Analysts, Lead Systems Analysts, the Director of Technology and Project Managers to produce swim-lane process flow diagrams for the As-Is state, elicited final process flow comments, recommended To-Be requirements and conducted Gap Analysis.
  • The Work Breakdown Structure, Project Plan, Business Requirements Document and Gap Analysis were output deliverables prepared by Lezlie Tanasiuk for the TLM Method Update Project.
